2nd Birthday Layout Entry to A Spoon Full of Sugar Challenge

As entry to "Let's Celebrate" - theme of A Spoon Full of Sugar Challenge #148, I'm submitting one of my birthday layouts:

I made use of birthday party confetti to make my own birthday paper out of the floral paper.  I then added embellishments from Ling Designs, a doily i got from drinking coffee, and trim.

P.S. I hope layouts are allowed as entries on this challenge.  Are layouts included in the definition of projects?  I hope so. {crossing my fingers}
