"Baju Kurung" LO

I still have lots of past family photos to scrap and what a great source of inspiration when I viewed XOXO's Scraplifting Challenge #19.  I chose Khristen's LO: "Best Present Ever" to case and my family photo taken on our 1st trip out of the country as a family was perfect for it.

"Baju Kurung" is a Malay term for the ladies costume in Malaysia.  My mom bought and wore one during our trip.  And so, the souvenir family photo with her wearing the "Baju Kurung".  Here's my layout:

SUPPLIES: Papers: Cosmo Cricket, Thickers: American Craft, Foam Alpha Stickers: All About Scrapbooking, Flowers: Prima, Crystals: Prima, Ink: All About Scrapbooking, TOOLS: Decorative Scissors: Paper Shapers.


NOTES: I eliminated the journaling spot and the need for embellies on the top right-hand side (per the inspiration LO).  I went for simple but elegant for this one.
