I didn't know that Practical Scrappers was going to have another post on chipboards. After seeing the fantastic submissions on their 1st published post featuring altered chipboards, I was no longer expecting for (1) of my (6) submissions to be published. But, I guess they silently heard my heavy sigh and had another posting. ;-)
Out of my (6) submissions, the "Phonebanker" LO was chosen to be published at Practical Scrappers: Layouts using Chipboard. (Note: Since my LO is currently published at SNR Sept 2011 issue, my layout is temporarily taken down from Practical Scrappers blogpost to give way to the publication terms of SNR magazine.) I have to agree that this layout fits their theme for I made use of laser-cut, raw or naked chipboard by Dusty Attic. I still have to learn how to dress up or alter a chipboard . . . maybe I could start by coloring these raw chipboard but I still have no idea which coloring product to use as they are many to choose from . . . and hopefully within reach of my budget. {sigh} But for the meantime I'm happy with what I have. =)
Thanks Practical Scrapper Erin for the published post!
